James started his career over 20 years ago by setting up a new region in the South West for food retailer Lidl before running the North London property office, delivering dozens of standalone, mixed-use and express stores. For the past decade he has focused on leading complex large-scale residential developments of between 30 to 500 units in town centres, suburban and peri-urban settings across the UK. James is passionate about creating value through the development process, for local communities, customers and investors. He is a Chartered Planning and Development surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (no.5685727).

Andy brings with him a wealth of 35 year's experience in the development sector. Having started his career with a major housebuilder, CALA Homes, Andy has held senior positions across land and construction functions for multiple well known developers, large and small including PegasusLife and McCarthy & Stone.

As Director of Financial Risk and Modelling at ADMG, Petr Ludvik brings over three decades of experience in financial systems and risk management. A qualified actuary, Peter has been involved in financial modelling for major projects such as the Nuclear Decommissioning Fund and Lloyd's of London as it transitioned to a limited company. His expertise includes asset/liability management and the application of stochastic modelling to assess long-term financial risks. At ADMG, Peter applies his extensive experience to ensure project stability through the development and validation of complex financial models. His strategic approach maximises value for clients and investors involved in ADMG’s large-scale residential developments.

Louise, James and Andy started working together in 2013. Louise is a star PA who organises the daily activities of the business.
